Jeffrey Wm. Strype B.B., M.A., LL.B., C.S. has tried over 250 jury and non-jury trials in his specialized practice of personal injury and medical malpractice. He has argued cases successfully before the Supreme Court of Canada, Ontario Court of Appeal and the Superior Court of Ontario.
Kyle T.H. Smith LL.B. joined our firm in 2007 after obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006.
Erin M. Neal B.A. (Hons) joined our firm in 2009. She received her B.A. (Hons) from York University, graduating as a member of the Dean's Honor Roll. She received her L.L.B. from the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom. She was called to the Ontario Bar in June of 2010. Her practice focuses on plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
