After obtaining his Bachelor of Laws from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2006, Kyle joined Strype Barristers LLP in 2007.
Kyle's practice is focused on plaintiff personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.
Kyle is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, the Ontario Bar Association, the Advocates Society, the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association and the Canadian Bar Association.
Kyle has appeared before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, as well as the Ontario Court of Appeal. Recently, Kyle was counsel in Leduc v. Roman, wherein he successfully defended the appeal of a Master's decision to deny production of a Plaintiff's Facebook page. This case is now a leading authority on Facebook production motions in Canada.
