Our case was part of a class action against Go Transit. I suffered a severe shoulder injury that effectively ended my ability to work as a cook. This is a job that I loved to work at and I suffered greatly from the loss of employment and the loss of use of my arm. Every conceivable roadblock was put in Mr. Strype's path in an effort to stop us from obtaining a reasonable result. In the end, Mr. Strype not only won the trial and the highest award for damages for a shoulder injury, but successfully held the award in the Court of Appeal.

Mr. Strype represented me in a matter against the police. He referred me to a number of expert medical doctors to help support my claim to damages for a severe beating that I received while being arrested.
